Moving to the City of Bloomington?
Before you move in, you'll need a Time of Sale inspection
The city of Bloomington is a beautiful place to live. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of Minneapolis, but far enough removed to settle down and comfortably raise a family. But living in the city of Bloomington has one requirement that some other cities don't: mandatory residential safety inspections. These are called Bloomington Time of Sale (TOS) inspections and are required for all Bloomington property owners.
How do Bloomington Time of Sale inspections work?
If you're moving to the city of Bloomington, Minnesota, you'll need a Time of Sale inspection. These safety inspections aren't quite as comprehensive as our normal inspections. They only require an hour and a half of your time for a quick and easy on-site inspection. If something doesn't pass, you can trust us to recommend a local contractor who will get your problems fixed fast.
